Chantal is a certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Consultant who has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years. She is also a certified Law Enforcement Instructor, with experience in close quarter combat and weapons training.
As a lifelong martial arts, fitness and fight fan, Chantal is passionate about training and is always searching to challenge herself, as well as improve her skillset both physically and mentally.
She has become one of the top Female Sports Coaches in the lower mainland and trains several sports teams in Dryland and Strength and Conditioning. In addition to this, she was part of the prestigious Cops for Cancer ride, covering 800km in 8 days!
